Events by ATC Executive Chef’s at Royal Randwick and Rosehill Gardens strive to deliver the ultimate culinary experience by sourcing fresh New South Wales produce and cultivating herbs and spices onsite. Garden to Gala has been developed by working closely with our food producers and onsite horticultural and culinary teams. Menus are of optimum quality designed to energise, stimulate and encourage wellbeing at your next event, conference or gala.
